After a fulfilling 26-year career as a physical therapist, Crafting Therapy Shop began in 2022 with a simple idea: making things with my hands helped me feel more grounded, joyful, and connected. As a lifelong maker, I found that sewing, woodworking, and creating were more than hobbies—they were a form of self-care and a way to help spread JOY to others.

Today, I handcraft every item you see on this site—from microwave-safe bowl cozies to custom pet memorial signs—with attention to detail and a lot of love. And for those who want to make their own magic, I design easy-to-follow patterns, video tutorials, and (coming soon!) beginner-friendly kits.
